Information and conditions:
A deposit of 200€ will be asked at the handing over of the keys and will be given back the day of departure*. A fixed sum of 50 € will be retained if the rental is not returned in the best state of cleanliness. * Seeour terms and conditions.

Following the increase in the cost of electricity, we are obliged to invoice you for your consumption at the end of your stay (meter reading on arrival and departure). The price of the KWh of our supplier being of 0,13194€, this last one being able to evolve, however the invoicing will be done at cost price according to the legislation in force.
